I know how hard it can be to seek out help - I’m glad you’ve found your way here.

I’m a social worker whose been helping individuals and families since 2014. I started my career in a psychiatric hospital setting and went on to work in substance abuse treatment as well as with families struggling with grief and loss. Most recently, I have gained specialized training as a perinatal mental health clinician to support people struggling with mental health issues during pregnancy and postpartum.

I use a variety of approaches to help my clients, including cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. What all this means is that I work with my clients collaboratively as we find tangible solutions to what they’re struggling with. I help my clients build motivation to engage in changes that are meaningful to them. I use an integrative approach to meet each client’s individual needs and goals in a warm, caring, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment.
